Orders over £15 are sent by YODEL and can take 5-7 working days. Orders under £15 are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and can take 8-10 working days. We also offer a guaranteed next day (MON-FRI) for £4.99, orders must be placed by 4pm. Additionally a Saturday delivery service is also available.
Absolutely, as long as the item has not been opened or used. Due to health and safety we are unable to make any exemptions to this.
If you ordered the item by mistake or have changed your mind for any reason (including the nail polish colour not matching what it appeared to be on your screen) then you will be liable for return postage. If we have sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover return postage.
